Peter Tsong

 Mr. Tsong began to study employment law when he took his postgraduate courses 

and finished his dissertation on Regulating Employer-employee Relation By 

Law. He began to practice in 2002 and has successfully represented many 

foreign-invested companies and domestic companies in a number of

industries in all phases of labor and employment law. He also has 

developed skills in negotiating terms of contract, preparing contract 

and handling contractuall disputes. His experience includes practice before 

labor arbitration tribunals, courts of first instance and courts of second 

instance. Mr. Tsong is able to provide both Chinese and English -delivered 

China`s law training for clients. He is often invited as a legal trainer to 

give lectures on labor policies for a number of companies in Shanghai, Suzhou, 

Wuxi, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Ningbo and other cities. Many top executives, managers 

and legal counsels who have taken his lectures are from renowned companies
